The Dean of Gloucester had received a letter from his son (a master at Eton) giving an account of the last two days of the life of George III. Gives details. Grandson John Thomas Waddington arrives tomorrow. Grandson Reginald Yorke is appointed midshipman to the Liffy. New church appointments: Mr Plumptre is the curate to the new vicar. He is a cheerful friend and companion to son Joseph Yorke. Comments regarding whether Plumptre's voice can be heard in church.
