- Scope and ContentPleased to hear that 'the grand scheme for doubling Lord Hardwicke's house is given up and that only some more humble apartment is making jaust for their own comfort. Lord and Lady C [Caledon?] are not likely to want a house or return to England very soon. Lady Somers is expected for a night or two on the 12th, and Mrs Plumer on the 19th for a longer stay. Has good accounts of Mrs [Agneta] Yorke at Bath, and her companion Letty Beauchamp.
