    Charles Longuet Higgins to the Rector and churchwardens of the parish of Turvey all that plot piece or parcel of land being part of an old inclosure in Turvey called The Laws as the same is now stumped out extending in depth from North to South 140 feet and from east to west in width 80 feet. To be used for a school for the education of children and adults or children only of the labouring manufacturing and other poorer classes and for the residence of the school master or mistress and for no other purpose which said school shall always be in Union with and conducted upon the principles and in furtherance of the ends and designs of the Incorporated National Society for promoting the Education of the Poor in the principles of the Established Church.
