    1) Hon Randal Plunkett of Dunsany Castle, Co. Meath, Ireland, George Price of The Army & Navy Club Pall Mall, a lieutenant in the Royal Navy. 2) William Francis Higgins of Turvey House. 3) Charles Longuet Higgins of Turvey Abbey. Recites: - Indenture of 7 Jan 1873 - the marriage settlement of William Francis Higgins and Frances Adela Tyringham. - Indenture of statutory release dated 22 April 1847. Now 1) at the request of 2) convey to 3) - All those three cottages in or near the Back Street and occupied as three separate tenements formerly in the occupation of William Bithrey and others and now of Thomas Skevington, John Harley and Thomas Denton with the warehouse barns and outbuildings yard and garden ground belonging and adjoining thereto and occupied therewith. And all that site of a cottage recently pulled down and formerly in the occupation of the said John Harvey [sic] and his father situate between the said three messuages and the before mentioned warehouse. All which said premises are bounded towards the N by the said Back Street, E and S by the property of Charles Longuet Higgins and W by a public footpath or alley. 3) conveys to 1) - all that enclosed piece or parcel of land or garden ground situate at Turvey containing about 3 roods and in the several occupations of Charles Bailey, Eli Woods, John Sargent and Samuel Hilson and bounded E by land of Charles Longuet Higgins, N land of William Francis Higgins, W by the Carlton Road and S the Back Street of Turvey.
