Letter from Fisher, Sanders & Co to Rev H H L Longuet-Higgins. Has seen Rev Allen about the Reading Room Club and also spoke to the secretary. Mr Allen denies rumours of gambling and other vices at the club. Have suffered financially through the war, membership down from 65 to 18 but troops stationed in the neighbourhood come in to play billiards.
