Accidental death - Acute heart failure; pulmonary embolism; deep vein thrombosis and multiple traumatic fractures of ribs and sternum. Was a passenger in a car involved in a head on collision with another car on the A5130 Woburn to Woburn Sands road. His son in law who was driving the car was also killed. See Co/Inq2/3/CB1559.
