- Scope and ContentLast Wednesday Mrs Joseph Yorke was suddenly taken ill, and in a few hours brought to bed of 2 boys, who only lived till the next morning, being some weeks before their time. Writer believes Mrs Frances Beauchamp-Proctor has now got to the coast. With regard to the Irish propery, Mr Beauchamp-Proctor wrote to Mr Charles Yorke to know the state of the case, who replied that the prospect of success, if any, was very distant, but that Mr Beauchamp-Proctor would not be liable to any expense - at least not for some time. Writer asks how Lord Royston's shin bone recovers, and when he will begin his tour. The parsonage house at Horkesley is nearly covered in; writer is informed that it will be a very convenient and good dwelling, and better than the old one in every respect. Lord & Lady Somers are due at Castledich next week.
