Accidental - Extensive abdominal and retroperitoreal haemorrhage, lacerations to liver and right kidney. He was riding his moped along the Luton to Bendish road, and as he cornered Winch Hill the moped went into a skid which caused him to be thrown from the moped and hit a fence. The brakes of the moped were found to be defective.
