Mention of the Bishops ideas for the Naval Pillar; 'he remains of the opinion to turn this national memorial to yet further account of a light to friends and a warning to enemies on approaching our coasts. The inscription should express a pious gratitude to Providence and a tribute of sensibility for the Christian as well as British heroism of our commanders and forces.' Brief family news.
