Will of Ann Frank dated 2 April 1736 leaving all to Sarah Bourn, widow. Proved 29 September 1736. Citation with intimation calling for Sarah Bourn to appear to answer why the administration of the estate of Ann Frank should not be granted to Abigal Potton, sister of Ann Frank. Dated 10 May 1737 Orders for the interrogation. The sayings of the witnesses: Katherine Rands of St Mary's Bedford, William Willis, William Ring, Elizabeth Kibble (who witnessed Ann Frank's will), Sarah Cranfield, Elizabeth Wiggins, wife of Thomas Wiggins. 30-31 May 1737. Sentence, 9th July 1737.
