- Scope and ContentSweet George [Waddington] is in perfect health and improving daily; [Dr] Warren says he may return with safety to Wimpole when perfectly stout. His opinion was a malignant fever, caused by some noxious quality in the air at the time. Mention that the Bishop of Durham [Thomas Thurlow] 'is at last released ...but I fear his family can have reaped but little advantage from his high situation.'
