Letter from Mary Yorke to Lady Polwarth. Writer's mother is improving in health. Clerical business is settled; [Charles] Lindsay is very happy with Wisbech, the Waddingtons extremely so with Wimpole and [son] Charles perhaps happier than either with nothing at present 'we shall ... be much more in pocket by his not taking it [Wisbech] than we should with.' [Further comments made regarding Charles and Thomas Waddington].
