Writ for a special jury of "twelve good and lawful men of the neighborhood of the parish of Bolnhurst in your said County by whom the truth of the matter may be better known and who are of no affinity to the Inhabitants of the said parish of Bolnhurst recognise upon their oaths whether the said Inhabitants be guilty of a certain misdemeanour and nuisance whereof they stand charged or not".
