Property is adjacent to boiler house and engine house at rear of 3 Oxford Road and was formerly part of premises at 14 Langley Road (as shown on plan). Annie Hawkes to produce documents listed in schedule: - conveyance dated 22 January 1857 between (i) John Puddephatt and (ii) James Burgess; - conveyance dated 11 February 1893 between (i) Alfred Hayward and Samuel Joseph Impey, and (ii) Frederick Hawkes.
