Parties: (i) Annie Hawkesof Langley Road, Luton, widow, Samuel Hawkes of Crawley Road, Luton, straw plait dealer; (ii) Joseph Hawkes of Clarendon Road, Luton, straw plait merchant, and Frederick John Neville of Crawley Green Road, Luton ,engineer; (ii) Ethel Lilian Archer (formerly Hawkes), wife of Harold Archer to whom she was married on 16 September 1908; and (iv) Edith Jane Hawkes of Conway Road, Luton, widow.

Property is adjacent to boiler house and engine house at rear of 3 Oxford Road and was formerly part of premises at 14 Langley Road (as shown on plan). Annie Hawkes to produce documents listed in schedule: - conveyance dated 22 January 1857 between (i) John Puddephatt and (ii) James Burgess; - conveyance dated 11 February 1893 between (i) Alfred Hayward and Samuel Joseph Impey, and (ii) Frederick Hawkes.
