Memorandum between (i) Joseph Hawkes of Clarendon Road, Luton, straw plait merchant, and Frederick John Neville of Crawley Road, engineer, executors of late Albert Hawkes, and (ii) Samuel Hawkes. Property at 1 and 3 Oxford Road, Luton [as in Z1337/5/15] mortgaged to Samuel Hawkes by the executors in return for £300 to be used for purposes connected with administration of the estate of Albert Hawkes.
