Bequests to son Albert Hawkes, daughter Ethel Lilian Hawkes, and nephew Frederick William Hill. Property at Oxford Road with mineral water manufacturing business to be managed for benefit of his wife of 12 months and then to be devised to son Alfred. Remaining property devised to his wife Annie for her lifetime, thereafter to be shared btween Albert Hawkes and Ethel Lilian Hawkes, but with Ethel to have an additional £2000 as equivalent to bequest of the business at Oxford Road to her brother.
