    Description of property (with plan): - plot of land measuring 15½ poles and five yards, part of a pasture field called Langley Piece in Luton, adjoining: the British School and the Infant School on NE; premises belonging to George Day, Thomas Hawkins and William Adams on SE; other part of Langley Piece belonging to Frederick Chase on SW; and abutting new street called Oxford Road lately laid out by Frederick Chase on NW. With any erections, building and trees on the plot, and with right of way along Oxford Road.
