    Devises to use of Charles Smith and his wife Ann Smith as joint tenants in fee simple: - house and premises in George Street West, Luton formerly occupied by Mrs. grover but now by Mr Horn; - his residence and premises at 99 Park Street, Luton Devises to use of Ann Smith in fee simple: - 5 Park Street West, Luton now occupied by Mr Paine; - 1, 1a, 2 and 3 Langley Place, Luton; - 120, 122, 124, 126 and 128 London Road, Luton Devises to use of his niece Lizzie, wife of William Mitchell of 3 Dalton Street, St. Albans, blocker - 48 New Town Street, Luton now occupied by Richard Smith Devises to his daughter Anne Alice Hopkins the child of his wife Charlotte Hopkins provided his trustees are able to ascertain that she is living at the time of his death (if no proof of her existence and identiy is found within 12 months of his decease to be sold and proceeds to be divided between the Luton Bute Hospital and the Luton Children's Convalescent Home) - 10 Langley Road, Luton, now occupied by James Young; - two cottages adjoing 10 Langley Road situated up the yard and now occupied by Mrs Lawrence and Frederick Cox Remainder of estate and personal property devised and bequeathed to use of Charles Smith and Ann Smith as joint tenants in fee simple.
