Sorry that the addressee is not coming for the grand review, but hopes the camp itself and the daily exercise of the regiments may be enough to draw her to visit. The Master of the Rolls [Richard Pepper Arden, 1st Baron Alvanley] and Lady Arden were expected last week, but his Honour has not been well and did not like to leave London. Has received a letter from Mlle. De Hompesche ; she has recently seen her brother; they are waiting for a convoy.
