    Two wartime Identity Cards: (i) Issued under the National Registration Act 1915: in the name of Honora Patricia Annie Grimmer, no occupation (still a schoolgirl) of Market Square, Ampthill. Stamped by the Urban District Council of Ampthill. (ii) In the name of Honora P Grimmer of 7 Church Street, Ampthill, described as "female, 5ft 1in with hazel eyes and brown hair". Endorsed by the Medical Officer of the First Aid Post in Ampthill and stamped by the National Registration Office on 8th June 1943. Certified by J P Willey, Area ARPO on behalf of Bedfordshire County Council on 27th July 1943. Restamped by the National Registration Office on 16th January 1948 upon moving to 3 Station Road, Ampthill.
