    Parties: (i) Herbert Thomas Horwood of 61 Clarendon Road, Luton, retired; Ernest Horwood of 66 New Bedford Road, Luton, straw hat manufacturer; (ii) Daisy Bertha Andrews, wife of Frank John Andrews of Woodlands Avenue, Luton, straw hat manufacturer; (iii) Rose Horwood of 73 Cromwell Road, Luton, spinster; (iv) Lily Horwood of 73 Cromwell Road, elementary school teacher Reciting: - death of Thomas Horwood (father of (i)-(iv)) on 1 December 1932 having made his will of 8 May 1919 appointing (i) as executors and trustees, bequeathing all household goods and furniture to his wife Mary Ann and devising all real estate to (i) upon trust to pay the annual income to his wife for her life, remainder upon trust for sale and divide the capital between his children; - death of Mary Ann Horwood in the lifetime of Thomas Horwood on 20 February 1924; - six children were issue of the marriage - (i)-(iv) and also Hilda Victoria Horwood; - proof of the will of Thomas Horwood in PPR on 3 January 1933; - her share had already been paid to Hilda Victoria Horwood; - (i)-(iv) wanted Thomas Horwood’s real estate (73 Cromwell Road and 15, 17 and 19 Cardigan Street, Luton) to be enjoyed by his unmarried daughters Operative Part: - (i) hold the real estate of Thomas Horwood upon trust to allow (iii) to reside at 73 Cromwell Road and to receive the rents and profits of 15 to 19 Cardigan Street whilst unmarried; remainder upon trust to allow (iv) to reside at 73 Cromwell Road and receive the rents and profits of 15 to 19 Cardigan Street whilst unmarried; remainder to (i) in trust for sale Proviso: - that (iii) and (iv) kept the premises insured against fire to the full value Witness: - Albert Victor Williams of Luton, solicitor
