I was determined he should pay his share - forced to comply Mr Garnar of Grantham is concerned for purchaser of late Gill's estate; Mr Hurst would desire i) to have recognizance vacated; i) met Hurst's clerk in court (Mr Marriott) who was in agreement - i) would consent on trustees behalf if clerk made application. Hurst and Marriott then asked i) to draw petition to Lord Chancellor - sent fair copy to Hurst who has not returned it - presumably he now intends to do the rest himself "and make a cats foot of me". Asked him for out of pocket expenses at which he was very angry have proceeded exactly as in vacating recognizances of Mr Battison and Mr Stephenson, former receivers of this estate.
