Trustees of Mrs Frances Ashton's charity and The trustees of Hibbert's Almshouses or charity - Draft supplemental agreement as to proposed exchange.

Recites: -that the charity commissioners have required that a sum of money should be paid by the Ashton Trustees to the Hibbert Trustees to form part of the endowment of the said almshouses founded by Robert Hibbert. Trustees have agreed that £400 be the endowment fund but that the sum should not be payable until after the present valuation of the field as agricultural land viz £6000 net has been realised...that all monies as they come in over & above £6000 net up to £400 be paid to the trustee of charity lands in trust.
