Prominently situate at the corner of Albion Street, and Matthew street, Dunstable. Now under lease to Mr. Charles Taylor. Subject to right of way for owners of lot 2 and joint use of well. Lot 2 - adjoining dwelling house is now occupied by Mr. A. C. Buckmaster. With right of way and joint use of well. Lot 3 - Building land adjoining lot 1 having a fontage to Matthew Street of 18 feet 4 inches and an average depth of 73 feet with materials of a barn and stable standing thereon. Lot 4 - Plot adjoining Lot 3. Lot 5. Plot adjoining Lot 4. Lots 3, 4 and 5 subject to the lease mentioned in sale of lot 1. Title to commence with Indenture of conveyance dated 5th January 1876 between Richard Goodman and Thomas Goodman of the 1st part and William Hastie of the 2nd part, James Robinson and William Cheshire of the 3rd part, Charles Thorne of the 4th part and the late Alfred Buckmaster of the 5th part.
