Elizabeth, John, William, Benjamin, Thomas and Frederick Jefferies Howkins and reciting a marriage was to be arranged between i) and ii) Conveyance by i) to iii) to uses of: ... messuage or tenement and farm at Keysoe containing 11 acres now in tenure of John James ... 4 cottages at Keysoe in occupation of Wilmot, Stapleton, Wyse ... 2 cottages at Cross End, Thurleigh, in occupation of William Hovell [?Howell] and John Biggs ... 2 cottages at Thurleigh in occupation of William Smith and Hugh Partridge ... a moiety of ... three messuages in Thurleigh mow in occupation of Osborn, Favell and Gammons ... all monies owing or due to her with declaration of uses 20 Oct 1849 endorsed: memorandum that the moiety of the 3 messuages at Thurleigh were sold to Miss Mary Perry, Thurleigh, spinster on 5 December 1863 memorandum that the messuage and 11 acres land at Keysoe were sold to Benjamin Howkins 26 Jan 1866
