Reciting that Elizabeth Howkins is entitled to a considerable estate and also to farming stock etc., and that she had six children by her former husband John Howkins late of Thurleigh, farmer, deceased, viz. Elizabeth, John, William, Benjamin, Thomas and Frederick Jefferies Howkins
and reciting a marriage was to be arranged between i) and ii)
