Information of William Daniel of Eversholt: his mother Ann Daniel told him that one of three pigs had gone from her sty. He went in search and found in a hole under the stairs in Joseph Brewer's house in Toddington, some pork covered over with straw and dirt. It appeared to have come from a freshly-killed pig because it was "quite slabby". [Parts of document missing]
