The file is about the building of a workshop for the Dunstable college of further education. Asbestos was used in the construction of the building. There are 2x bill of quantities, valuations of the cost of building, with information about the electrics and lighting, cold room installation and the contract for the construction. In addition there is a large collection of plans that show the floor plans of the communal and administrative blocks. Plus the floor plans of the electrics, ventilation, cables and heating. The plans further show that asbestos was used in building construction.
