    i) William Blewet, London, tailor ii) Samuel Becket senior, Bedford, gentleman, an Alderman of Bedford Reciting Demise for 1000 years of 24 March 1634/5 recited in X418/1 of: ... messuage, cottage or tenement with yard, then in occupation of William Cockman, now of Anthony Harding in Angell Street, Bedford St Paul, abutting East on Angell Street, having messuage then of William Watmough, now of Michael Shepard, North, and the messuage then of Jacob Lawrence and now of Joan Lawrence, widow, South, together with a certain free-board now inclosed and held with the same, and Reciting will of William Cockman dated 23 July 1652 by which he bequeathed his interest in the premises to his two daughters Cecily and Mary, who, with Thomas Morris (the husband of Mary) by indenture dated 13 September 1654 conveyed to Joan Riseley, widow (since deceased) and William Blewit Demise by i) to ii) for £36 for remainder of term ... premises as in X418/1 witnesses: William Scott junior, John Paradine, Edward Munnes
