Letter (2 copies) from Department of Education and Science queries 'the proposed area of the kitchen is considerably below the minimum recommended by this Department for a capacity of 250 meals. It is assumed, therefore, that the Authority are satisfied that the area and design of the kitchen will be adequate'.
