In event of death childless, before age 21, to son Thomas: also goods and furniture in testator's shop to mother Sarah Hailey, annuity to daughters Anne, Lucy and Sarah, monetary bequests and residue to son Thomas, all messuages, land etc. in Wrestlingworth and Hatley, charged with payment of debt owed to testator's father (deceased) by children of brother John - William and Sarah Hailey. Should Thomas die childless before age 21, to son George to Richard Edwards of Arlesey, esquire, Timothy Bristow of Polehanger, Meppershall, gentleman and Thomas Squire of Shefford, baker (executors and guardians of children during their minority) messuage, lands etc. in Henlow, Langford and Stotfold, on trust to sell and divide purchase money between daughters, and one guinea to buy ring with motto 'Momento Amigo G H' to poor of parish of Arlesey, 50/- to poor of parish of Shefford, 50/- witnesses; E Robinson, Isaac Williams, Thomas Barnes
