    to wife (executrix) house where testator now lives, orchard, grove, Burrows Close and Pikes Close adjoining for life or until she remarries, then:- to son John and heirs male for ever. If he has no male heirs, to son William: if he has no such issue, to grandchildren of sons John, William and daughter Elizabeth, wife of Benjamin Browning of Wrestlingworth, butcher, and Sarah Lake, in equal parts to wife, cottage, orchard and close of pasture adjoining with two cow commons purchased from Edward Rossin, until death or remarriage, then to son William, who is to pay daughter Elizabeth monetary bequest to daughter Sarah Lake monetary bequest to granddaughter Elizabeth Browning, arable land, 3 acres ½ rood, meadow, 11½ roods and one cow common, purchased from John Woodward to wife, residue, but if she remarries she is to pay to four children monetary bequests witnesses: Thomas Edwards, Richard Miller, Jasper Brydall, D Gregory (to copy)
