to brother John of Biddenham, executor, cottage and pightle in Wilden purchased of Thomas Powell, in occupation of James Wadmough; close now ploughed up in Roxton in same occupation; until coming of age of Hannah Hurst, daughter of Isaac Hurst of Bedford, victualler by late wife Mary (testator's niece); if he dies previously it goes direct to Hannah subject to annuity of £8 to sister Mary Clare; also 21 acres arable in Eaton Socon purchased of Richard Worrall, deceased, in occupation of James Noble and Joseph Baldock; also moiety of messuage, malthouse, bakehouse and shops in parish of Bedford St Paul, inherited from brother Robert; until coming of age of Robert Harris Hurst, son of Isaac and Mary Hurst; if he die first, direct to nephew, subject to annuity of £8 to sister Mary Clare
to sister Mary Clare annuity of £8 charged on all lands and tenements
to wife £500, household goods, jewels, rings, wearing apparel. also £10 for mourning
recites that wife's late husband, Joseph Holt, left daughter Ann £200 and confirms this, without deduction for clothes and education
