Has communicated with three managers of the deaf & dumb asylum; two think the minute as to one of the children having been admitted at the Birmingham Institution applied to Elizabeth Gillman, the other that it applied to Elizabeth Bowers. However, all agree that as Elizabeth Gillman is not in the Birmingham Instution she should be received in the [Old] Kent Road. The committee will meet again in a few days when Mrs Harrison's letter will be produced and the mistake rectified.
