that Martha Wilkins died 1839 without issue and without any valid disposition of the premises to be conveyed, which descended to Charlotte Caroline Lilburn as heiress-at-law of her mother Edith Ricketts, and George Green as heir-at-law of his mother Elizabeth Green
that £101..10 is now due to Anna on the mortgage, which sum will be paid by v) as part of the purchase money
