Reciting:

- release of 10 August 1698 between (1) Thomas Nodes and (2) George Nodes junior in which (1) conveyed his interest in the real estate of George Nodes senior to (2) for £500;
- Ann Nodes had agreed to convey her interest in premises in Holwell to George Nodes junior for £1,000;
- Edward Jones and Rebecca, his wife, had agreed to convey their interest in premises in Arlesey in occupation of William Boldock, husbandman to George Nodes for £1,000;
