Has got through with the Lord Chief Baron the Crudwell estate Bill and the immense mass of evidence necessary to support the allegations; his Lordship has signed the Bill and the report - the same remains to be done by the Lord Chief Justice Mansfield. The absence of Mr Vyner and Mr Egerton are specially reported, so is the evidence relating to Lady Mary Gregory's family. Letter from Firmin refers to 'liquidating Lady Lucas' whole balance by midsummer'. Explains financial position.
