Reciting:
- AN29/105;
- will of Charles Delmé Radcliffe of 14 May 1864 appointing (ii) as his executrix and executors and devising the residue of his real estate to them;
- death of Charles Delmé Radcliffe on 14 July 1865 leaving (i) his heir at law and proof of his will in PPR;
- £5,000 remained outstanding but all interest had been paid
