    Reciting: - William Alington of Little Barford, esquire, person interested in land in 1st schedule and Rev Nathaniel Royds, Rector of Little Barford, person interested (as rector) in land in 2nd schedule wished to exchange lands and made application to Inclosure Commissioners of England and Wales to enquire whether exchange would be beneficial to both parties; - notice by advertisement in three successive weeks had been made as required by Acts for Inclosure, Exchange and Improvement of Land; - three months had elapsed from the last publication and no notice of dissent had been received; - commissioners were of opinion that the exchange was mutually beneficial; - consent had been given by Harold Browne, Bishop of Ely and William Alington, patron of the living Operative Part: - the commissioners G Ridley and James Caird, approved exchange of property in 1st Schedule to Nathaniel Royds and property in 2nd Schedule to William Alington Property [shown on included map] 1st Schedule: - 37a on plan: part of Peter’s Close with house and buildings erected thereon with right of way to the road between points marked A and B: 2 acres, 1 rood 2nd Schedule: - 68 on plan: Glebe Home Close of 3 acres, 10 perches; 69 on plan: Rectory House and Garden on 1 acre, 1 rood, 28 perches; 70 on plan: Glebe of 9 perches.
