    Parties: (i) Jonathan Adams of Saint Neots [Cambridgeshire], surgeon and apothecary; Nevile Day of Saint Neots, gentleman; John Brown of Saint Neots, butcher; (ii) George Pedley, formerly of Potton, now of Friendly Street, Deptford [Kent], gentleman (surviving executor of Henry Tingey); (iii) William Peppercorn of Saint Neots, gentleman, administrator of Henry Tingey; (iv) John Williamson of Baldock [Hertfordshire], esquire Reciting: - Henry Tingey was possessed of Manor of Berkford; - AN29/48; - AN29/49; - AN29/62; - AN29/63; - AN29/72; - John Pedley and George Day were dead, leaving (ii) surviving; - will of William Mole of 6 May 1829 devising all his real estate to (i) in trust; - (i) had contracted sale to (iv) for £14,980; - proof of AN29/48 was not sufficient to pass the term of 900 years hence AN29/94-96; - (ii) agreed to join in the conveyance Operative Part: - (iv) paid £14,980 to (i); - (iv) paid 10/- to (ii); - (i) and (ii) released (a)-(p) to (iv) Property: (a) Manor of Little Barford; (b) site of a farmhouse formerly in the occupation of Samuel Berry, the toft now farmyard in occupation of William Mole; (c) farmhouse, dovehouse, barns, stables and outhouses in a close of 12 acres, 1 rood, 32 perches (formerly called House Close or Dovehouse Close, toft where a farmhouse stood, old inclosed pasture on 5 acres, 3 roods, 3 perches and lane leading to it, pasture called Spring Close of 1 acre, 1 rood, 11 perches and close of pasture called Spinney Close) for many years called Home Close or Dovehouse Close; (d) close containing 10 acres, 1 rood, 11 perches adjoining (c), formerly two closes called Grove Close and Land Close; (e) three closes containing 27 acres, 3 roods, 14 perches; (f) new closes of arable containing 201 acres, 3 roods, 13 perches in former Copthorn Field; (g) three new closes containing 27 acres, 20 perches in the former North Field; (h) toft where a cottage formerly stood formerly in the occupation of William Wheeler; (i) Print Close adjoining N side of (h); (j) close of 3 roods, 20 perches on S side of (h) (h)-(j) for some years had formed one close and orchard opposite the dwelling of William Mole and containing together 3 acres, 35 perches bounded N by Dolls Lane, W by high road from Little Barford to Tempsford (a)-(j) formerly in occupation of William Mole, now Thomas Fowler (k) cottage formerly in the occupation of Robert Craufurd, then Richard Saunders, now Joseph Saunders with close of pasture of 1 acre adjoining; (l) close of 6 acres, 2 roods in Middle Field formerly in occupation of Richard Saunders, now Joseph Saunders bounded part N by (f), E by (h)-(j), W by land of John William; (m) cottage divided into two tenements formerly in the occupation of John Selby and William Woods now Thomas Brownall and Edward Emery which Thomas Tingey exchanged with Richard Marriott [AN29/54]; (n) cottage with close of pasture of 2 acres formerly in the occupation of Thomas Adams; (o) close of pasture near (n) of 3 acres; (p) land called Brook Street Lane (k)-(p) formerly in the occupation of Henry Adams, then James Page, now Thomas Fowler Habendum: - to (iv) for ever Operative Part: - (i)-(iii) assigned all leasehold parts of (a)-(p) to (iv) Witnesses: - William Day of Saint Neots, solicitor; - Jonathan Barker, clerk to William Peppercorn
