Reciting: - Jonathan Adams of Saint Neots, surgeon, Nevile Day of Saint Neots, gentleman and John Brown of Saint Neots, butcher alleged AN29/15, AN29/48, they were now entitled to equitable and beneficial right in the property, Thomas Tingey never executed legal assignment of the property before he died and that there were now no legal representatives of Thomas Tingey alive in whom the term of 900 years might be vested Operative Part: - William Peppercorn appointed personal representative of Thomas Tingey, deceased for the purposes of vesting the term of 900 years
