(ii) John Pedley of Potton, gentleman; George Day of Tempsford, corn factor; George Pedley of Potton, gentleman (executors of Henry Tingey);
(iii) Robert Oliver of Clothall [Hertfordshire], farmer

(d) close containing 10 acres, 1 rood, 11 perches adjoining (c), formerly two closes called Grove Close and Land Close;
(e) three closes containing 27 acres, 3 roods, 14 perches;
(f) new closes of arable containing 201 acres, 3 roods, 13 perches in former Copthorn Field;
(g) three new closes containing 27 acres, 20 perches in the former North Field;
(h) toft where a cottage formerly stood formerly in the occupation of William Wheeler;

(k) cottage formerly in the occupation of Robert Craufurd, then Richard Saunders, now Joseph Saunders with close of pasture of 1 acre adjoining;
(l) close of 6 acres, 2 roods in Middle Field formerly in occupation of Richard Saunders, now Joseph Saunders bounded part N by (f), E by (h)-(j), W by land of John William;
(m) cottage divided into two tenements formerly in the occupation of John Selby and William Woods now Thomas Brownall and Edward Emery which Thomas Tingey exchanged with Richard Marriott [AN29/54]
