    Parties: (i) Thomas Lee late of Saint George’s, Hanover Square [Middlesex], esquire, now in parts beyond the sea; (ii) John Schutz of Albermarle Street, Saint George’s, Hanover Square [Middlesex], esquire; (iii) Richard Marriott, late of Grays Inn [Middlesex], gentleman Reciting: - AN29/38; - AN29/39-40; - (i) had agreed sale of the Manor of Astwick to Robert Taylor, free from all incumbrances except half part of the annuity of £344, for £3,050 and (i) agreed with (iii) to extinguish rent charge of £200 per annum and 99 year term created by AN29/38 and that (iii) would join (i) in conveying the Manor of Little Barford to Robert Taylor for £2,200 for 1,200 years to indemnify Robert Taylor against mortgage of £3,400 to Elizabeth Ashhurst and a mortgage of £1,877/10/- then (iii) would secure a £200 rent charge to (i) secured on the Manor of Little Barford Operative Part: - (i), for 10/- paid by (iii), released the annuity of £200 to (iii); - (ii), for 10/- paid by (iii), assigned Manor of Little Barford to (iii) Witnesses: - John Collet, consul; - Joseph Brame and John Heath, British merchants in Genoa [Italy]; - R Hopkins, clerk to Mr Howes of Lincoln’s Inn
