    Parties: (i) Thomas Middleton of Lincoln’s Inn [Middlesex], gentleman; (ii) Elizabeth Ashhurst of Bedford Row, Saint Andrew, Holborn [Middlesex], widow Reciting: - mortgage of 19 April 1764 between (1) John Schutz and Mary, his wife; (2) Arthur Jones of Lincoln’s Inn [Middlesex], esquire and (3) Walter Gibbons and Thomas Middleton in which (1) released all manors, rectories, vicarages, tithes, advowsons, messuages, farms, lands etc, in Arlesey, Langford, Wilshamstead and Astwick for £1,877//10/- to (3) in trust for (1), to the use of (2) for 1,000 years , to the use of (1); - assignment of mortgage of 25 January 1771 between (1) Arthur Jones, (2) John Schutz and (3) Thomas Middleton in which (3) paid £1,871/10- to (1) and (1), with the consent of (2) assigned to (3) all manors, rectories, vicarages, tithes, advowsons, messuages, farms, lands etc for 1,000 years subject to redemption by (2); - £1,877/10- remained owing to (i); - bond of 15 April 1774 in which (i) became bound to (ii) for £2,400 to be void on payment of £1,200 with interest at 4½% Operative Part: - to better secure the mortgage and for 10/- paid by (ii), (i) assigned all manors, rectories, vicarages, tithes, advowsons, messuages, farms, lands etc to (ii) Habendum: - to (ii) Provision: - for redemption by (i) Witnesses: - Joshua James, clerk to Thomas Middleton
