    Parties: (i) John Waller of Saint Neots [Huntingdonshire], gentleman; (ii) Henry Tingey of Little Barford, gentleman; William Metcalfe of Fodham Abbey [Cambridgeshire], esquire; (iv) John Affleck of Dallham Hall [Suffolk], esquire Reciting: - mortgage by bargain and sale of 16 September 1696 [AN28/10] of Manor of Little Barford, cottages in Little Barford and Eynesbury [Huntingdonshire] and farm called Ircote or Erthcote in Clopton and Mickleton [Gloucestershire]; - the £1,590 was not paid in time and Simon Folkes’ estate became absolute in law; - by divers deeds (a)-(c) were vested in (i) for the residue of 1,000 years in trust for (ii); - AN29/21; - (ii) and (iii) agreed to vest the residue of the term of years in (iv) in trust for (iii) Operative Part: - (iii) paid £1,200 to (ii); - (iv) paid 5/- to (i); - (i), at request of (ii) and by nomination of (iii) assigned Manor of Little Barford and the cottages and interest in the unexpired term of years to (iv) Habendum: - to (iv) for the residue of 1,000 years in trust in trust for (iii) subject to proviso for redemption by (ii) Witnesses: - Richard Lovesey; - William Obourn
