(ii) John Schutz of Saint George, Hanover Square [Middlesex], esquire and Mary, his wife (formerly Mary Lee, widow);
(iii) Peter Holford, esquire, Master in Chancery
Reciting:
- AN29/1;
- AN29/4;
- death of John Lee and marriage of Mary Lee with John Schutz who was now tenant for life in all estates mortgaged in AN29/4;
- (i) had called in the mortgage moneys and (ii) had applied for (iii) for the moneys to discharge the mortgage

- (iii) paid £3,400 to (i) by direction of (ii);
- (iii) paid 5/- to (ii);
- (i), by direction of (ii), assigned to (iii) (b) in AN29/4

- to (iii) for remainder of the term of 200 years
