    Parties: (i) Hon John Schutz the elder of Isleworth [Middlesex], esquire; (ii) John Schutz the younger of Isleworth, esquire, eldest son of (i); (iii) Mary Lee of Arlesey, widow; (iv) Benjamin Hayes of Conduit Street, Saint George’s, Hanover Square [Middlesex], esquire and Benjamin Harenc of Henrietta Street, Cavendish Square [Middlesex], esquire; (v) Samuel Pechell of Bloomsbury Square [Middlesex], esquire, Master in Chancery and Robert Charles of Golden Square [Middlesex], esquire; (vi) Francis Duroure of Saint Benet Fink [City of London], gentleman and Thomas Upton of Allhallows on the Wall [City of London], gentleman Reciting: - intended marriage between (ii) and (iii); - (iii) was seized of (b) - (i) was seized of (a) - at the treaty (i)-(iii) agreed that for (a) settled on her and her issue with (ii), she would settle (b) on (ii), (ii) and their issue Operative Part: - in consideration of the personal estate of (iii) to be vested in (ii) in right of (iii), and for 10/-paid by (vi) to each of (i)-(ii), (i)-(ii) released (a)- to (vi) Property: (a) all manors with appurtenances of (i)-(ii) in Great and Little Clacton, Saint Osyth and Little Holland [Essex] worth £1,400 Habendum: - to (vi) to the use of (i) until solemnization of the marriage, then to the use of (ii) for his life allowing receipt of an annuity of £500 with powers of distraint, after the death of (ii) allowing (iii) to receive an annuity of £300 with powers of diistraint, to the use of (iv) for 300 years in trust to better secure payment of the annuities; the term of 300 years to cease on the death of the longer lived of (ii) and (iii) then to the use of (v) for 400 years to the use of (i) for his life, then to the use of (vi) during the life of (i), in trust to preserve contingent remainders, to the use of (ii) for his life, to the use of (vi) in trust to preserve contingent remainders, to the use of sons of (ii) and (iii), to the use of the first son of (ii) and (iii) and his heirs male Declaration: - the term of years limited to (v) was a special trust that if (ii) and (iii) had more than one child then after the death of (ii), (v) should raise £8,000 as portions for those children who were not the eldest son Operative Part: - (vi) paid 10/- to (iii); - (iii), with approbation of (ii), released (b) to (vi) in trust for (iii) Property: (b) all manors and lands of (iii) in Arlesey, Langford, Wilshamstead and Astwick Habendum: - to (vi) to the use of (iii) until solemnization of the marriage, then to the use of (ii) for his life, then to the use of (iii) for her life, remainder to the use of (v) for 500 years, to the use of deed or will of (iii), to the use of (iii) for ever Declaration: - the term of years limited to (v) was a special trust that if (ii) and (iii) had more than one child then after the death of (ii), (v) should raise £8,000 as portions for those children who were not the eldest son Witnesses: - H J Rehling and Thomas Hunt, servants to John Schutz; - Samuel Scott; - Anne Clarke
