Reference to the '8 mile clause' and fears that it will delay the execution of the Act materially on account of Mr Burcham's distant residence and numerous engagements. Ware had a meeting with Rev. W P Nethersole, Mr Burcham and the Bishop of Lincoln's secretary and some alterations were agreed to. Thorpe has agreed them. Ware will endeavour to get the committee to sit on the Bill on Wednesday.
