i) Mary Green, Felmersham, widow Reverend Henry Green, Avranches, France Reverend John Foster, Foxearth, Essex ii) Thomas John Green, Bedford, merchant reciting: Partnership of ii) and Thomas Abbott Green (deceased) and building of steam saw mill for £1,600 Will of Thomas Abbott Green, 31 May 1854, appointing i) as executors Mortgage 27 August 1855 between i) and ii): £9,350 from joint capital stock of partnership remained to be paid, i) agreed to lend £9,000 to ii) at 9.9% interest, ii) to rent ½ of premises at £80 per annum, with proviso for letting saw mill Lease 18 February 1857, by i) to ii) of her ½ in Steam Flour Mill etc. for 7 years at £40 per annum Co-partnership agreement 1 January 1861, admitting Henry Hilton Green into the partnership (capital valued at £10,000) - ¼ to Henry Hilton Green and ¾ to Thomas John Green on consideration that i) should release ii) from payment of £2,500 (part of the £9,000, ii) having given i) £217..10s) ... ii) agrees to pay £10..14s..7d per annum while remainder £6,282..10s is unpaid
