i) Charles Frederick Palgrave, Bedford, chemist ii) Thomas Abbott Green Thomas John Green (Bedford, merchants) John Howard, Bedford, ironmonger reciting: ii) have lately built 12 messuages called Victoria Terrace on part of pasture close in Union Street, St Paul's, Bedford, near Conduit Street, belonging to i). By Release 25 May 1843, i) has sold to ii) for £1,000 the plots of Victoria Terrace and a plot on North side of Conduit Street, to following uses: ½ to iia and iib), ½ to iic) with Schedule witnessed: William Rogers
