Scope and Content
Messuages, cottages or tenements and all real estate to beloved wife Lucy Keech for term of her natural life or until she shall marry again then all freehold at Carlton in the tenure of Gaustick to son William for his natural life and then to his lawfully begotten children. Messuage cottage or tenement in Stevington occupied by son Timothy to son Timothy and his heirs. Messuage cottage or tenement in Stevington now in testator's occupation to son Richard and his heirs.
To daughter Elizabeth £5 when she arrives at the age of 21 years.
To daughter Lydia £5 when she arrives at the age of 21 years.
Inventory to be taken at death and all goods to the use of wife for life or as long as she remains a widow and then to be equally divided amongst the three daughters - Mary, Elizabeth and Lydia.
Remains of personal estate to wife. Wife appointed executrix.
